Best rated academic scholarship program from Anosh Ahmed: The Dr. Anosh Ahmed scholarship program was created to help students enduring personal hardship achieve their academic and professional goals. Three students will receive a scholarship prize of $1,000 (USD/ CAD) each based on their essay application. Students must meet other requirements to be considered.
Internal Medicine Physician, Dr. Anosh Ahmed is pleased to announce that he has selected three winners of his Academic Scholarship Campaign, Javier Sarmiento?, Ishita Aggarwal, and Taylyn Carrington. Each individual will receive $1,000 to put towards their post-secondary education. This fall, Taylyn Carrington will continue her education at Texas Tech University in Creative Media Industries, and Ishita Aggarwal will attend Queen’s University where she is pursuing a Doctor of Medicine. Additionally, due to an overwhelming number of applicants, Dr. Ahmed has also selected seven individuals to receive $500 towards their education and are as follows: Jayla Taylor, Belen Padilla, Serena Tatu, Kyra Fernandez, Nicole Lam, Hritika Chaturvedi, and Shreya Shivakumar.
Dr. Anosh Ahmed shares how you should invest in your health: Seeing your doctor regularly is just as important as diet and exercise. Your doctor can screen you for common health problems and spot those which may be unexpected. Regular checkups and cancer screenings can help people live longer and promote overall health. Whenever you have a gut feeling that something is wrong with your body, you should always speak with your primary care physician. Your doctor will do any necessary tests and set your mind at ease or put you into treatment for a real issue.
Dr. Anosh Ahmed is a practicing internal medicine physician and active member of his local community. What is the biggest life lesson you have learned? When I was starting out as a young entrepreneur, I felt like I knew everything. I know now that ignorance is definitely something that can blind you. So just always keep your mind open to learning new things. I went from a phase of knowing it all to a phase where right now I feel like I don’t know anything at all and I want to learn as much as possible. Where do you see you and your company in 5 years? I want to retire at the age of forty-five. I think I worked enough in life. So, I think I do want to just relax, slow down and enjoy things at that age.
