Drink robots solutions from Navia Robotics right now
Beverage service robot provider from Navia Robotics right now: A soda fountain machine is limited to dispensing soda syrup, which are full of artificial flavors and high fructose corn syrup. They can only handle low viscosity syrups of around 20 centipoise (cps). DrinkBot Pro can handle juice purées, plant based milk concentrates, natural cane sugar syrup and honey up to a thousand times thicker, with viscosity values over 10000 centipose (cps). No other beverage dispenser on the market has the capability to dispense such concentrates, and only DrinkBot Pro utilize values with two liquid tubing lines per ingredient to regularly flush out the syrups for cleaning and maintenance. Bussing dirty dishes is quite the demanding task, requiring physical strength and stamina to get through a whole shift. Many workers we interviewed noted the amount of energy required to get through the day bussing tables and how dirty the task is with liquids sloshing about in the tubs while being transported to the dishwashing area in the back. It’s arduous and strenuous, certainly a task nobody can say they particularly enjoy doing. The premise behind the development of the HolaBot was to make life easier for those in this line of work.
Of course, merely installing a BellaBot is not enough to get the most out of it. Navia Robotics, with our years of experience in the food service industry, will always coordinate with customers on best deployment methods and usage practices to ensure your staff are fully equipped to take your operational effiency to the next level. We’ve worked with countless restaurants to coordinate and adapt with the workers and workflow to best integrate serving robots in their space. No other robot company can provide the right balance in consulting and providing you with the best solutions to make your transition to a more advanced, more efficient restaurant with the deployment of the latest robotic technologies. It’s no wonder we have customers lined up to try out and procure the BellaBot, and have existing customers come back to procure additional units!
Navia Robotics spends considerable time and money investing in research and development for core positioning and navigation technologies for our robotic systems. We partner with top technology companies around the world to develop accurate positioning systems and sensors and have expertise in both LIDAR and visual imaging systems and utilize our own advanced algorithms for simultaneous localization and mapping. Our latest BellaBot is the first in the service robot industry to utilize both LIDAR and visual SLAM systems for accurate positioning and repeatability, one of the most important aspects of a service robot’s capabilities.
IPX5 Waterproof Cabin: The HolaBot’s cabin area is IPX5 rated to take on various liquids splashing while operating. Simply wipe it off with a damp towel for easy cleaning. Different Operating Scenarios: The HolaBot can be used in various different environments, such as restaurants and hospitals as shown below. Other novel uses include banks, pharmacies, factories, warehouses and order fulfillment centers, auto/truck repair facilities among others.
BellaBot has multiple status lights to easily communicate the status of the device with the customer. Light interactions can also be customized for your specific needs. BellaBot has an integrated touch sensor to interact with the customer, bringing forth a new level of interactivity with service robots. Modular structure for quick disassembly and compact stowage. Sensors are embedded over the trays to determine if the tray is occupied or empty. Find additional information at naviarobotics.com.
We’ve had the gracious opportunity to deploy numerous KettyBot units in the field and get feedback from many different restaurants on what the saw as the best case use scenarios for the KettyBot in their establishments. As the carrying capacity of the KettyBot is a bit on the smallish side, it’s ideal for smaller restaurants and cafes to use it for delivering food to tables and fit in tighter aisles, but for larger establishments, the KettyBot’s tray dimensions are usually a limiting factor. On the other hand, it has a large screen up front to display pictures and videos of the latest dishes and to promote upcoming events and sales, so larger restaurant owners have taken it upon themselves to try out the KettyBot to take patrons to their tables.
Billboard on Wheels: KettyBot features a large 18.5″ display right at the front and center of the robot to catch your customer’s attention. The display can show promotional materials in customized zones, providing an eye-catching approach to marketing. It’s literally a billboard on wheels! KettyBot features built in AI voice integration, allowing it to intelligently greet guests and interact with passing customers. It’s cute, it’s eye-catching, it naturally attracts attention without being pushy!
Easy tray identification; LIDAR Positioning: New generation laser based mapping system; High Fidelty Speakers: Clear audio with powerful 2 x 30w speakers; Visual Positioning: Accompanies LIDAR mapping, Aerospace grade alloy provides rigidity and strength, 3D vision sensors for robustness. Suspension System: Avoid spills on rough patches or abrupt stops. Laser and visual combination SLAM system based on LIDAR sensor, cameras and UWB location tracker ensures redundancy in accurate robot positioning.
